Return Policy

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy and hassle free.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. Products must be in the original box and/or packaging and unopened.
You must return the goods to us to the following address:

If you decide to return your purchase, please contact us and we will reply within 48 hours with return instructions.
You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.
All return postage fees, where a consumer has simply changed their mind (under the Distance Selling Regulations) are at the expense of the consumer.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to office@beautypremier.co.uk with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns policy.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
