If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Our company registration number is 5706432, our VAT number is 877147878. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Your status

By placing an order to purchase any Product via the Site ("Order"), you authorize that: You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Beauty Premier LTD. The contract formed when Beauty Premier LTD receives payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order, and then your order can be accepted.

Once payment has been received Beauty Premier LTD will confirm your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. Beauty Premier LTD’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.

Price & Payment

The price of any Product will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 

Each said price includes VAT but excludes delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Shipping, returns & cancellations guide 

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Notification.

The Site lists various Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you or otherwise provide a refund of the difference afterwards. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. 

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Notification, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. 

Online payments for the Products are made via a third party payment handler ("the Processor"). Your payment is not made directly to us. Online payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the Processor. We are not responsible for the processing of online payments.

Shipping, returns & Cancellation

Domestic Shipping

All UK shipping are free of charge!

We will dispatch your order as soon as the payment has been authorised.

Products are shipped via First Class Recorded Mail on the same business day for orders placed before 2 pm.

After dispatching your order, we will send you your individual order tracking number, which you can trace on the Royal Mail web site, under the Track & Trace section.

EU Shipping

EU countries that we ship to:

Austria, Check Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

Products are shipped via First Class Signed for mail on the same business day for orders placed before 2pm.

Return Policy

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy and hassle free.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the original box and/or packaging and unopened.You must return the goods to us by a recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) to the following address:

If you decide to return your purchase, please contact us and we will reply within 48 hours with return instructions. You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to office@beautypremier.co.uk with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order.

If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns policy.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
